RN Special Needs Coordinator

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian RN Special Needs Coordinator at Pearl Harbor Naval Clinic in Honolulu, HI.  This RN Special Needs Coordinator works with other military and civilian agencies to provide comprehensive and coordinated community support, housing, educational, medical and personnel services to families with special needs. 

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient Clinic   
• Monday through Friday 730am-430pm
• No night, No weekends, No On-Call

Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree of Nursing
• Graduated from a college/university accredited by the NLNAC or CCNE

• A minimum of two years full-time experience in care coordination, discharge planning or case management in a medical setting within the last four years.

• Current and active license in any of the 50 states

• Basic Life Support Certification
